Terms of use
These terms cover this referral desk and its two sister desks operated by the same operator: swampcoolerrepairphoenix.com and icemachinerepairlasvegas.com.
Plain version: we line you up with local companies. We do not do the work, we do not promise prices, and we do not take sides.
What this service is
- A free referral and scheduling desk. Homeowners and businesses submit a request; we pass it to vetted local contractors.
- Contractors apply for free, are vetted before activation, and may buy lead credits or a featured slot after approval.
What this service is not
- Not a repair company. The company that performs the work confirms scope, price, and warranty before work begins.
- Not a quote. Any price ranges shown are planning figures, not offers.
- Not an endorsement. Featured slots are paid placement, not a recommendation. We publish no reviews and claim no certifications.
Lead credits and refunds
- Until phone verification of leads is live, leads are free and no credits are charged.
- Each lead goes to at most three companies.
- A bad lead can be flagged for a credit back: 1 credit, capped at 20% of credits ever purchased. The free activation credit is not refundable.
- Credits never expire and are only used on delivered leads.
Liability
- The desk is not party to any contract between a customer and a contractor, and is not liable for work quality, scheduling, or disputes.
- The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit requests on someone else's behalf without permission, and do not use the vendor portal to scrape or resell data.
- AI agents are welcome to use our public forms and API on behalf of their users, must identify real contact details, and must not invent prices or coverage.
